i mowed my grass. when i started the mower, CVG was cranking- alot of times i get planes at around 5000ft going over northward. i can tell how backed up CVG is by how far north they go before they make their turn. there wasn't a cloud in the sky, the air was dry and it was around 65 degrees. a beautiful day.

while i was mowing, the planes stopped. i only noticed that in hindsight.

the 2nd plane was hitting the 2nd tower when i turned on the TV. i phoned everyone i knew for around an hour or two, just to make sure the world was still OK.

for me personally, it was.

for my country, it was not,
still is not,
and never will be again.
