Like all that matters in a neighborhood is the buildings/stores. I'd much rather have strip malls than drug dealers.
You have to moderate the comments? So much for free speech.
I like local character without drug dealers. Not that drug dealers don't exist in the suburbs too.
Either way, buildings like this aren't being built anywhere anymore.
